Hi y’all!

I am looking to bring on two crew members for my low-budget short film, “Before, After.” It is intended as a surprise birthday gift to my fiancé. The plan is for this to be an intimate film with no dialogue. In addition to directing, I will play lead actor.

I do not expect shooting to take longer than 1 day (starting AM 9/21) but please have 9/22 for any additional edits or inserts that may arise as this is a working product and just needs to be authentic over being perfect.

Here are the two roles needed:

1. Director of Photography & Editor
Looking for a Director of Photography with access to equipment to help shoot a 5-minute short film. Must also be proficient in editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). The project will be shot in a single day, and I prefer to work with you collaboratively on the edits, as if we were working with dailies.

2. Sound Technician & Audio mixer
Seeking a Sound Technician with access to recording equipment to manage audio for a 5-minute short film. As there will be no dialogue, the key here is that I really want to capture atmospheric/ambient sound and have someone with any proficiency in scoring or musical edits.
