Charlottesville – Crew call for student short film – March 2024 – Unpaid

Logline: In “I See You,” Andy, a young man facing the gradual loss of his vision navigates his daily routine with the unexpected return of his estranged sister, Anna. As they confront their strained relationship, Andy discovers a unique way to revisit their shared childhood memories before his world turns completely dark.

Crew Call:

*These crew roles are unpaid, but food will be provided on set

Sound person: Basic experience with operating sound equipment, including operating a boom mic and pole. Equipment will be provided.

Production assistant: Minimal experience required. The PA will be tasked with keeping track of shots, handling equipment, taking notes, etc.

Schedule: A few days in March: 21st-24th.

Other notes: The roles are unpaid and travel and housing will not be provided. Meals will be provided on set. The film will be submitted to various festivals, and any cast and crew will have access to reels and/or credits for the film.
